Issues with calibration are usually caused when there is more than one User in the trackable area, or the camera is having difficulty tracking certain articles of clothing.
Some clothing can disrupt the cameras tracking
- Check to make sure that clothing around the ankles is not too baggy
- Some elastic, dark, or shiny clothing can make it difficult for the camera to track those body parts
Check your surroundings and field of play
- Ensure the TRAZER Unit is placed at the edge of the TRAZER shelf, this way the camera view is not obstructed
- Ensure the TRAZER Unit is not facing direct sunlight
- Ensure there are no mirrors in or close to the field of play
- Be sure there are no other Users in the field of play while calibrating or performing the Activity
Sensor not detected message
- Power down the TRAZER Unit
- Wait 10-15 seconds and then power the TRAZER Unit back on
- Run Another activity to ensure the message is gone and the User can complete the Activity properly
- If the message is still there, please contact TRAZER Support
