How do I reset my TRAZER+ Portal password?

Reset your Portal password using your username and email address.

You must have an existing User Profile with a valid email address on the TRAZER+ Portal before you are able to log in. If you do not know your username or email associated with your profile, contact your Super Admin or Site Admin.
 
How to Reset your Password:
  1. Go to https://portal.trazer.com/Login
  2. Locate the Reset Password link under the Login button
  3. Enter your valid Username and Email associated with your account then click Reset
  4. A reset password link will be sent to your email, click on Reset Password and enter your new password then click Save
  5. Once directed back to the login page, enter the username and new password to log in
