How to Adjust Unit Settings on the TRAZER Unit

Settings Options:

  • Default Units: Switch between displaying data in feet or meters.
  • Require User PIN: Enabling this option will mandate that every User must have a 4-digit Access PIN to log into the TRAZER system.
  • Admin Auto Logout (min.): Set the duration of inactivity, in minutes, before TRAZER automatically logs out the Admin. Maximum of 30 minutes.
  • User Auto Logout (min.): Set the duration of inactivity, in minutes, before TRAZER automatically logs out the User. A maximum of 29 minutes, must be lower than the Admin Auto Logout setting.
  • Inactive User Alert (min.): Configure the duration of User inactivity before a reminder prompts you to continue with the current User or switch to another User. A maximum of 28 minutes, must be lower than the User Auto Logout setting.
  • Display First and Last name: Switch on or off to display or hide the User's first and last name in the Select User list.
  • User Search (Search By): Choose whether to include or exclude the first or last name as valid options for searching for a User.
  • Require User PIN: When this setting is turned on, every user will need to enter their user PIN before they can log in. If a user is logged in that does not have a user PIN, they will be prompted to create one before they can log in.
  • Require Orientation Activity: When this setting is turned on, all newly created users will need to complete the Orientation Activity after they log in for the first time.
  • Available Room Space: Adjust the dimensions (length and width) of the available room space if smaller than the standard grid size. This will determine which Activities can be played within the space and filter out those that cannot be accommodated from the Library.
  • Calibrate button: Initiate a room calibration activity to mark the maximum distance for the back corners of the field. This overwrites the Available Room Space dimensions.
  • Create User Button: Allows you to open the create user menu.
