      How to Connect a Heart Rate Monitor

      Learn how to connect your Bluetooth heart rate monitor to TRAZER+.

       

      Before connecting the heart rate monitor to the TRAZER+ system, make sure the device is turned on and being worn properly. Avoid clicking the "x" to exit on the Bluetooth menu screen as this will shut off the TRAZER Bluetooth service.

       
      How to Connect a Device:
      1. On the TRAZER+ application, click on the heart icon in the top right-hand corner to open the Bluetooth menu
      2. Click on the Start Scanning button to search for nearby HR devices
      3. When available, select the HR device you wish to connect to and then click the Pair button
      4. On the Pair Device window, click Allow and then click Close on the connection succeeded window
      5. Select the device again and then click Connect and wait for the Device name and HR reading to appear in the Bluetooth menu
      6. Once the connection and reading are displayed in the Bluetooth menu, click on the TRAZER application to continue your TRAZER experience
      7. Ensure the HR reading is now displaying in the heart icon
