How to Connect a Printer to TRAZER XP

Print a report from the TRAZER XP Software Application after connecting your printer.

Note: before starting, ensure your TRAZER system is connected to the internet.

Steps to Connect to a Wireless Printer

  1. Exit the TRAZER Application by pressing ctrl + k on your remote or keyboard
  2. Click on the Windows icon in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen
  3. Click on the gear icon to open Windows Settings
  4. In the Settings menu, click on Devices
  5. Click on Printers and Scanners
  6. Click on Add a Printer or Scanner and wait for the name of your printer to appear
  7. Select your printer name and click Add Device
  8. Once it says Ready, you can now print reports.
