How to Import Users to the TRAZER Portal

The TRAZER Portal makes creating User profiles easy with the import feature allowing an Admin to create multiple Users at one time.

Steps to Import Users:

1. Log in to the TRAZER Portal.

2. Click on the MANAGE tab in the main navigation bar.

3. On the left-hand side of the page, click on the Users tab.

4. At the top of the page, click on the Import button.

5. Make sure that your .CSV file meets the required specifications.

6. Add your .CSV file by either dragging and dropping it or clicking the Choose File button.

7. Click the Next button.

8. Use the column header drop-downs to match the columns in your file.

9. Once there are no errors and the Next button becomes active, click Next.

10. Select the Site(s) where you want to import the Users.

11. Optionally, select a User Group.

12. Click Next to finish and import the file.
