The offline PIN allows an Admin to log in to the TRAZER Unit without an internet connection. When an Admin profile is created, after the Admin logs in for the first time, they will be prompted to create a PIN.
To locate or set your PIN, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the TRAZER Portal.
2. Click on the User icon located in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
3. Select Profile.
4. Look for the TRAZER PIN field.
5. Enter a four-digit PIN that is easy for you to remember.
6. Click the update button to set your PIN.
This PIN will allow the Admin to log in while in offline mode on the TRAZER unit.
