The Avatar Disappeared

When the User moves out of the trackable area, the avatar will disappear until the User moves back into view.

Steps to get the avatar back in view

  1. Walk out of the trackable area and then walk back in
  2. If the avatar does not return, ensure there are no other individuals in the field of play and try again
  3. If the avatar still does not appear, restart the activity 
  4. If this continues to happen and the avatar does not appear, restart the TRAZER XP Unit
  5. If none of the options have addressed the issue, please contact TRAZER Support
