When an avatar is floating above the ground it is usually because a User was not standing up straight during calibration.
Steps to fix an avatar that is floating
If you start an Activity and the avatar is floating above the ground, try these steps to reset the avatar's placement.
- Restart the Activity by clicking the back arrow icon on the remote
- When a prompt appears, click the Retry option to restart the step
- Before calibration, ensure that the User is standing near the center of the field in a straight posture
- The avatar should appear even with the grid floor
