Troubleshoot remote/mouse issues
Remote styles may vary
Indicators of light color and their meaning:
- RED = Low battery and needs to be charged using the charging cord provided
- GREEN = battery is charged and ready to use
- RED/GREEN and FLASHING = the remote has a charge but no active connection with the receiver; check that the USB receiver is plugged into the TRAZER unit
CHECK MOUSE DEVICE:
- Ensure that the mouse USB receiver is plugged into one of the four USB slots on the side of the TRAZER.
- When clicking the mouse buttons does the indicator light turn on?
- If the light is a solid color continue to step 3
- If the light is flashing repeat step 1
- If there is no light, plug the charge cord into the remote and then into one of the four USB slots to charge.
- Once the USB receiver is plugged in and the indicator light is solid, click the "turn off mouse button" to activate the cursor.
- If the remote is still not responding to any input, continue to Mouse Device Troubleshooting.
MOUSE DEVICE TROUBLESHOOTING:
- Remove the mouse receiver from the USB slot on the TRAZER Unit and reconnect to one of the other four USB slots and check the mouse device again.
- If there's still no response, remove the receiver and power down the TRAZER unit; power on the TRAZER unit and allow the software to load fully. Plug the receiver into one of the four USB slots and check the mouse device again.
