Syncing will only occur when the TRAZER system is connected to a network.
When does TRAZER sync tests and data to the Portal?
TRAZER will sync data to the Portal multiple different times for different data.
- All tests will sync to the Portal once the test is complete.
- User creation and User Profile changes will sync once the User is created or a current User's Profile is updated and saved.
When the TRAZER software is left on the sleep screen for 15 seconds, the TRAZER software will begin to sync any data to and from the Portal.
How to sync missing tests or Users:
If there is data that has not synced to the Portal, the first item you should check is that your TRAZER Unit is connected to your network.
If your TRAZER Unit is connected to your network and the test is not displaying in the Portal, then you should navigate to the sleep screen.
- Click the sleep screen button in the bottom left-hand corner of the TRAZER application.
- Wait at least 15 seconds for the background sync process to begin and complete syncing any un-synced data.
- Check that the data in question is now displaying.
- If the data did not sync, press ctrl + R on your TRAZER remote to restart the application. Once the application loads to the sleep screen, wait for 15 seconds and then check the data sync status again.
- If your data has not synced at this point, please contact TRAZER Support.
