STEP 1

Set up your TRAZER Admin Account

 

Once your Admin profile has been created, you will receive an email from support@trazer.com. Follow the link to set your password, verify your email address, and set a 4 digit PIN. This is required before logging in to the TRAZER XP Software Application or Portal.

Admin Profiles will be created before shipment for the Super Admin and Site Admin designated at point of sale. If you have not received an email, please check your junk folder before contacting Support for assistance.

STEP 2

Unbox your Shipment

Open the boxes included in your shipment to locate the Quick Start Guide and ensure you have all items before proceeding. 

  1. TRAZER XP Unit
  2. Accessories: Keyboard with receiver, Remote with receiver, Heart Rate Monitor, Power Cord, Power Supply, and HDMI/Mini Display Cord
  3. Onkron Mobile Stand
  4. TV (43" or 55")

STEP 3

Build the Mobile Stand

Follow the manufacturer's written installation instructions or watch the instructional video.

  For proper TRAZER XP placement, position the bottom tray securely beneath the stand's cross beam, ensuring it is attached at the highest point possible. The tray should be approximately 28.5" from the floor. The top tray must be secured a minimum of 8" above bottom tray.

STEP 4

Mount the TV on the Mobile Stand

Follow the manufacturer's written installation instructions or watch the instructional video to mount the TV.

STEP 5

Set up the TRAZER XP Unit & TV

Once the stand and TV are installed, it is time to connect the TV and accessories, power up the unit, and connect to the internet.

STEP 6

Connect TRAZER XP to your Internet

Before you can register the unit and begin utilizing the system, you will need to connect the unit to your WiFi.

STEP 7

Register the TRAZER XP Unit

A verified Admin will need to register the TRAZER unit to associate it to your location. Use your login credentials established in Step 1, along with the SKU labeled on the back of the unit to follow the steps in this short video to register your TRAZER unit.
