On the topic of accurate Baselines ... if an Activity is interrupted, you can now Retry the Activity - even in a multi-step script.

We're ready when you are. 

Will I lose my data?

Absolutely not. Our Tech Team will migrate your existing TRAZER+ data to the TRAZER XP Portal - and yes, it will be accessible on the unit. 

What happens to my TRAZER+ Unit and equipment?

When you upgrade to TRAZER XP, we will ship the new unit as well as replacement mounting parts - either mobile or wall-mounted. All you will need to keep for your TRAZER XP is your TV (and your mobile stand if you have one). 

Once your data has been migrated, you will ship the TRAZER+ Unit back to us (at our expense).

How will I learn to use the new system?

Our Customer Success Team will onboard you to the new system and train you on everything that is new. They have been hard at work creating new resources and are ready to support you.

How do I secure my upgrade?
