YMCA goals & priorities

Meet with the Executive Director to discuss and detail strategies for monetizing TRAZER, driving revenue growth, and significantly impacting the YMCA's bottom line. This includes plans to optimize financials through the potential of TRAZER, such as increasing membership, providing exclusivity to Personal Trainers, and offering premium services.

 

Kick-Off Meeting with Healthy Living Directors

Healthy Living Directors' Introduction to TRAZER XP: Meet your Customer Success Manager and explore the streamlined onboarding process. Uncover the potential revenue boost with TRAZER and its impact on your bottom line.

TRAZER Account Creation

At each YMCA Site, the Healthy Living Director creates team members as New Admins on the TRAZER System. Accounts are essential for accessing both the Software and the Portal.

Product Demonstration

Attend a virtual demonstration of the capabilities of TRAZER XP, highlighting key features in a simulated environment to enhance practical understanding

Personal Trainers will learn techniques to disrupt Members' monotonous routines, utilizing personalized report cards for progress tracking, goal setting, and engaging in diverse Workouts, Drills, Games, and more!

TRAZER XP 101 Course

Understand TRAZER and its operation, navigate XP equipment, and learn User creation and management.

TRAZER XP 201 Course

Explore TRAZER XP Activities and Reporting. Cover Activity Library Categories, Types, Reports, and Top Activities by Type.

TRAZER XP Portal Course

Master the Portal. Learn key tasks for optimal TRAZER XP use – adding Users, managing settings, accessing reports, and generating analytics.

LIVE Expert Sessions

Enhance your onboarding experience with Live Sessions led by our Product Experts. Weekly offerings include in-depth coverage of TRAZER XP levels 101, 201, and 301, as well as comprehensive insights into navigating The Portal. 

Knowledge Challenge

Participate in our Knowledge Challenge to test your learning and identify areas where you may need additional support.

Team Review Meeting

We'll discuss how TRAZER will be integrated into daily operations, guidance on accessing resources, and support channels for Team Members. Finishing with a Q&A Session.
